How does the MyProvider solution guarantee data protection and data security?

Conntac attaches great importance to data protection and data security. The solution meets the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and uses state-of-the-art security standards:

Encrypted data transmission: All data is transmitted using TLS encryption (Transport Layer Security).
Data storage: Personal data is regularly backed up and only stored when necessary - exclusively on secure servers in Germany.
Minimum principle: Only the data that is absolutely necessary for the operation of the app is collected.

Does the MyProvider app also work if the customer has no internet?

Yes, the MyProvider app is designed to work even without an active internet connection. If no Wi-Fi connection is available, the app automatically uses the device's mobile data connection to transmit relevant information to the Conntac dashboard.
